Runway is proud to announce Runway University, a new division focused on education, community, and continuing the brand of excellence in the film and television industry. This endeavor is spearheaded by VP of Education, Johnathon Amayo, who brings over twenty years of experience as an educator in the production and post-production industry. Runway University will prepare students for exactly what they need to know with a focus on industry job-based training and apprenticeships.
 

Production and Post-Production Programs

Runway University will offer classes focused on specific jobs within the film and television industry. Programs to include:

•   Post Coordinator

•   Post Supervisor

•   Assistant Editing

•   Production Assistant

Educational OutReach

Runway University offers a variety of on-site, custom training programs designed for scripted and non-scripted production companies. Services to include custom courses and documentation, online education, and on-site instruction.

School of Engineering

A comprehensive program for production and post-production engineering. Program to include courses on integration, production networking, and advanced editorial setups.

Education LABs

A community based program to allow filmmakers and creatives at all levels to leverage the capabilities of Runway University at minimal cost. This will include afterhours use of systems, storage, and instruction.

(Class location may vary across Runway’s campus. Please verify with class confirmation email)

Students are permitted to park at Runway after 5:30pm weekdays and all day on weekends for free.
 
 
 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Runway University reserves the right to cancel any course no less than seven (7) days prior to the course start date. In the event of a cancellation by Runway University, students have the option of being rescheduled for another course date or receiving a full refund.

Students may cancel their enrollment in any course by providing notice to Runway University no less than seven (7) days prior to the course start date. Any cancellation received less than seven days prior to the course start date will result in the student being charged a 30% late cancellation fee of the full published rate. “No-shows” will be charged the full published rate for the course and will receive no refund for any payments already made.

*Refunds for PayPal or credit card will be subject to a 2% fee.
